Register of Registrable Controllers Template

All templates are created by SingaporeLegalAdvice.com

Published: 15 May 2026

Overview

In order to increase the transparency of company ownership and control structures, the Singapore Companies Act (CA) requires all companies incorporated in Singapore (unless exempted) to maintain a Register of Registrable Controllers.

You can purchase a Register of Registrable Controllers template that we’ve prepared according to the requirements at the bottom of this article. This serves as the internal register for the company.

Companies must check annually with every registrable controller whose particulars are in the register, by giving notice to confirm whether the particulars have been changed or are correct. The format for the notices can be found on ACRA’s website.
