I was recommended by an attorney here in South Africa to contact Ms Bhavini Shah when my brother passed away unexpectedly on the operating table in Singapore. He died without a will. In order to establish my brothers domicile at the time of death as well as the laws governing inheritance we had to first consult the SA legalities and obtain proof thereof before Ms Bhavini could apply for probate in Singapore. Ms Bhavini is an expert at obtaining probate (which she did very much faster than the UK Solicitors for my brother’s estate there), however the pitfalls, the paperwork, the chasing of insurance companies and banks made Brexit look like a tea party in comparison, but throughout this ordeal, which was no fault of her own, Ms Bhavini was highly professional, capable, sympathetic and patient. It’s almost 2 years now and we have finally managed to wind up the estate in Singapore (UK still drags on – we used a big well known firm there. Unfortunately I have too often found that solicitors from big companies are more concerned about billable hours and making partnership), Ms Bhavini was willing to work out a financial package to suite my circumstances, she was always personally attentive and available and I have no hesitation in highly recommending her services.
Ms Bhavini assisted me with the drafting of my Will. She patiently explained each step of the process all done in one week time. I will highly recommend Ms Bhavini to my friends or anyone who need a trusted and dependable lawyer, especially if you are not from Singapore.
Not having applied for an LOA before, I am extremely thankful towards both Ms.Bhavinni and her admin, Ms.Dimple for their professional advise and guidance.
Throughout the entire process, they made me feel extremely comfortable and assured of a smooth process.
The legal documents were drafted in one week. They were very prompt in their replies and made it a seamless operation. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who needs legal advice.

Greatly recommended for anyone who needs legal service or advice, especially if you are not from Singapore and needed to find a trusted and dependable lawyer.
