Bhavini Shah was admitted to the Honourable Society of the I’diddIe Temple Inns of Court and called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1994. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate & Solicitor in 1995.
In a span of almost two decades, Bhavini has accumulated wealth of experiences both in the legal fraternity in Singapore and as an avid entrepreneur initiating & managing various enterprises locally & internationally.

I’m so glad and have never regretted in engaging Lawyer Ms.Bhavani who made the LOA procedures so easy and simple. Everything was communicated via email and I only made 2 trips down ie. to sign court documents and lastly to collect the original copies. Was extremely thankful for admin Ms.Dimple who has never failed to spend time explaining knowing that this is my first LOA. Lastly, many like myself are concerned about their fees, so do rest assured that they do not charge exorbitantly even though the office is in the CBD area that’s easily accessible by mrt and buses. Bhavini is very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent with the cost, overall process and the timeline.
I am not a resident of Singapore but Bhavini made everything easier for me by giving me clear directions in terms of process and what documents required. It took 3 months for getting the Grant of LOA, which Bhavini confirmed me at the start of the process.
However I am still struggling to execute the Grant, as the Singapore bank holding the estate is having their own bureaucracy. Its been 8 months but the bank has not transferred the estate yet.
