Mr. Chung’s practice covers a wide spectrum of legal functions and he has advised clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
Mr. Chung has extensive experience in and knowledge of the Chinese business and legal environment. He has worked with companies to expand beyond Singapore into the Chinese market, and has handled numerous cross-border cases involving individuals and businesses in these two countries. Mr. Chung is also a Mediator and Arbitrator in Jinan Shandong Province and Qinzhou Guangzi Province, respectively.
Apart from his legal work, Mr. Chung has been teaching post-graduation classes every half a year at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (“SWUPL”) as a Visiting Professor since 2015. Mr. Chung also works with many law firms and legal research centers in both China and Hong Kong. Mr. Chung also used to pen the “Legal Affairs” column in Lianhe Zaobao.
