Mr Dinesh,

Excellent service and dealt with my queries efficiently.

Mr Ismail,

Mr. Dinagaran has been professional in the handling of my case. He has also exuded a sharp mind and an extremely well versed knowledge of the law. Mr. Dinagaran has been meticulous in the assessment of my case with detailed analyses and studies of my story. He has helped calm me and from my otherwise very anxious state of mind. He has been very understanding of my plight and has even taken the trouble to visit me on several occasions at my home to put my mind at ease.

Shaun Richard,

My name is Natarajan and I was introduced to Mr G. Dinagaran through a friend. I had met with an accident and my former solicitor filed a Writ of Summons against an Embassy. They managed to serve the Writ on the Embassy. The Embassy’s stand was that they cannot be sued because they have Immunity. I then engaged Mr G. Dinagaran. The Insurance Company tried to strike out my Writ on the basis that I had sued the Embassy. Their argument was that an Embassy was not a Legal entity and therefore cannot be sued. It is a legal entity. Mr G. Dinagaran argued that if an Embassy can own an asset on land, then why could it not be sued. Further, I was injured by the driver who was an employee of the Embassy. Since the accident, the driver had resigned and left the country. Mr G. Dinagaran lost the matter at the State Court. He then appealed on 1st July 2019 Suit no. H/C /RAS/34/2018 to the High Court and told me that I had a very good chance to succeed. Just few days before the hearing, the insurance company through their solicitors had called Mr G. Dinagaran to settle the matter. The matter was settled. Parties agreed for the terms of settlement to be on a confidential basis. Therefore, I cannot disclose the details. I must say Mr G. Dinagaran fought my matter without fear. He wanted justice. He wanted the Embassy to pay for my injuries. It was a long and hard battle. I was very happy when I received the compensation money. I thanked him and I am so grateful to him.

Natarajan,
