Bankruptcy and Insolvency of individuals and companies respectively. We assist to navigate the course in resolving claims by either the creditor or the debtor in order to reach an amicable settlement where possible.
Business disputes come in many forms. Some of them are internal, that is within the business entity itself and other business disputes are external. We assist in both types of disputes when parties are no longer to continue a working relationship. We assist by stepping in and helping to negotiate terms of settlement, if not, to pursue the matter in Court.
There may be commercial disputes in contracts where the parties are strictly at arms length. So a common form of dispute is a supply contract between parties where one party reneges on a promise to deliver or delivers poor quality goods. Other forms of disputes may relate to shareholder's disagreements where the parties seek assistance from us to negotiate the performance of shareholder's agreements, or as to their rights vis-a vis other parties. We do what we can to help.
Services & Fees
We provide a quote for work to be done within 12 hours, which is usually a lump sum amount. In more complex matters, we may quote an hourly sum for the work to be done until completion. In most matters, we take progressive payments, so if a matter is resolved earlier, the client does not have to pay for work which might have had to be done but was not. This saves costs for the client. Our lump sum quotes are also to allow the clients to consider their budgetary needs.
We adhere to best practices, including charging commensurately according to the complexity of the work and urgency.
