Although we specialise in corporate law, we want to help you with what we do best - plan.
At JT Legal, we want to maximise your control over the outcome in order to minimise conflict and disharmony. We apply our rigour in review and drafting to produce airtight wills that allow you to decide how best to pass on your legacy to the next generation.
Apart from wills, we are also able to advise on succession planning for companies which are ready for or preparing for a change in leadership.
Intellectual Property Advice
Although imitation is the highest form of flattery, such flattery can only be enjoyed if your intellectual property is well protected.
From registration to enforcement of rights, we are able to provide you with comprehensive advice to help you understand how to optimise your use of the regime in Singapore.
Notably, we have assisted in the registration of trade marks for several growing companies with a regional presence.
