Koh C-u Pinn is the director of Arielle Law Corporation. As the corporate lawyer in a small boutique firm, she personally provides customised advice on corporate and intellectual property law at affordable rates for her level of seniority and wealth of experience.
C-u Pinn’s expertise lies in advising on and drafting all forms of commercial contracts (including without limitation, shareholders’ agreements, distribution agreements, licensing contracts and employment agreements) needed for the running of a business, as well as understanding the concerns and stress that comes with running a business. In addition to being a qualified lawyer, C-u Pinn is also a Registered Patent Agent in Singapore (and is therefore well-placed to advise on intellectual property matters), possesses a Masters in Counselling and certification in Hypnotherapy (after 250 hours of training and examination).
She has been in the legal profession for more than 25 years, having graduated from NUS Law Faculty in 1998. Starting out as a lawyer in Lee & Lee, she continued building on her corporate legal experience by working as an in-house counsel at various companies, including Fullmark, Singapore Flyer, and Visa, before setting up her own law firm, and now her hypnotherapy-counselling practice.
Being both people oriented and commercially practical, C-u Pinn is well-equipped to explain comprehensively to clients what is needed to protect and grow their assets. For her, every client is treated as a friend.
