Jiaxin’s practice spans across various areas. She is well versed in general civil disputes and also has an extensive experience in construction matters. Jiaxin stands ready to fight passionately on behalf of her clients’ cause. Having said that, she is also attuned to the commercial needs of her clients and encourages her clients to explore alternative forms of dispute resolution, with a view to achieving a commercially sensible outcome for her clients.

Jiaxin regularly undertakes general corporate advisory and contract work. Her corporate work includes the drafting of a variety of agreements, such as joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements and licence agreements. 

Jiaxin also undertakes pro bono work by volunteering her services with the Legal Aid Bureau. She regularly represents the applicants assigned to her in family disputes.
