Yun Xin is a family lawyer at Ann Tan and Associates. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.

Yun Xin actively appears before the Family Court and the High Court for mediations and hearings pertaining to family law matters such as divorce, Personal Protection Orders, maintenance applications and division of matrimonial assets. Yun Xin also has experience in estate planning matters, adoption applications, probate and administration matters, as well as applications under the Mental Capacity Act.

Barely six months into practice, Yun Xin was lead counsel at a full-day trial in defending a client who was facing two Personal Protection Order applications and one Domestic Exclusion Order application. Yun Xin succeeded in having all three applications against her client dismissed.

Additionally, Yun Xin assists in conveyancing transactions such as the transfer of HDB flats, private residential properties and private commercial properties. Having done commercial litigation work previously, Yun Xin now also engages in non-contentious corporate advisory work (such as reviewing, giving advice on, and drafting agreements for both corporations and private individuals) and assists corporations involved in sale of goods disputes.

Being fluent in both English and Mandarin, Yun Xin is able to assist and communicate with clients effectively and meaningfully.
