I met Mr Low in Aug 2018 when he was working with GJC. When he switched to his current law firm, I switched as well as the person who took his cases did a slipshod job. My case took a total of 3+ years and Mr Low was always there to listen and give advice. I felt he gave his best and was always responsive. He is patient with a good attitude. He would be someone I recommend.

Divorce client,

Before I met up with Hongquan, I had no idea how the case would be resolved and was prepared to see through it in court. After my first meeting with Hongquan, I changed my perspective and things just straightened up from there. He was able to lay out the facts and reason out objectively. With that I had a target to work on.
Appreciate his professionalism and patience!

Mr Tan,

Hong Quan took up my case, which has low chance of winning, and he gave the other party a really good fight . Thank you.
