Mahadi Abu Bakar has established the firm of Mahadi Abu Bakar & Partners since 1986. He was a former Inspector at Traffic Police Division, Orchard “E” Land Division and Criminal Investigation Department (CID) before pursuing a Law Degree at National University of Singapore between 1981 and 1985. He is a very experienced Courtroom lawyer who, besides handling Personal Injury cases, has also handled many High Court Capital Cases such as Murder, Rape and Drug Trafficking and was assigned by the High Court as “Leading Counsel” in Capital Criminal cases in the early years of his legal practice. More importantly, he has done many Motor Accident Personal Injury cases in High Court which were also reported in the Straits Times and Berita Harian newspapers (Please refer to the Media Coverage Section).

For the past 33 years, he has been exclusively doing Motor Accident Personal Injury cases in State Courts and High Court but on a very low-profile basis. He has personally handled more than 6,000 Motor Accident Personal Injury claims and always pays personal attention to each and every client giving his best legal advice and expertise to get the best result for all clients.
