Mona has more than 20 years of legal experience gained from her previous practices under the realm of Property Law, Commercial Law, Civil Litigation and Family Law.
At present, Mona’s main practice area is in Conveyancing and she is adept in handling the sale, purchase, mortgage and refinancing of commercial, private and HDB properties.
Mona has also handled some high profile Family Law disputes (Divorce), notably the High Court case of Shi Fang v Koh Pee Huat in the 1990s which was the divorce between the son of a shipping tycoon and his ex-spouse.
Mona is an amicable and professional senior lawyer who values integrity and justice. She enjoys travelling, swimming, walking her dogs and watching NBA games. Her favourite NBA team is the Golden State Warriors. She also feels very strongly for the causes of dogs and regards herself as their Advocate. She has adopted over 80 dogs since 2008 and houses them in a shelter in Pasir Ris Fairway 2.
