One of the notable decisions that Rafidah has ever been involved in is the decision of the Singapore Court of Appeal in ADP v ADQ (2012) SCGA 6, wherein it was held, for the first time, that courts in Singapore have powers to order ancillary relief even if the marriage is a void one.Besides these, Rafidah also regularly advises on other personal legal matters such as drafting of Wills (including Syariah-compliant Wills), Probate and Administration, Lasting Power of Attorney and applications under the Mental Capacity Act and Criminal Defence.

On the civil front, Rafidah is experienced dealing with various types of commercial and contractual disputes, ranging from bankruptcy and insolvency, debt recovery to tenancy disputes.

Patient, friendly and approachable, Rafidah ensures that her services remain affordable, and tailored to cater to the needs of every individual client. She strives tirelessly to resolve her client’s legal problems, and at the same time, acknowledges that it is not just another case in court for her.

“WOW”!!!

The first word I could think of, to describe Ms Rafidah and her teams’ efforts. Their services, advice and guidance are “tip-top”.

Going through divorce is overwhelming enough for me to even think. I would feel panic-ky and frustrated, but Ms Rafidah and her team are very helpful in every each of the way. They are approachable be it through phone calls and emails. They are very fast and prompt. I must also say they are very cool and patient with my “forever enquiries” and explain as simplest way I could understand in these “law world”.

They “fight” for my case as hard as they can and ALHAMDULILAH the blessing was on my side.

I want to take this opportunity thanking Ms Rafidah, Ms Shahirah and Ms Ameerah.

I would definitely recommend to my friends and family NOT that I want my love ones to have same fate as me but Ms Rafidah is a good lawyer.

Nurshidah,

Dear Mrs Rafidah and teams, I wanted to say thank you for your helping to resolve my case quickly, I was completely dazzled by yourself and teams by your communication skills and courage before and after the court hearing. Thank you again for always informing me of the best option to take in resolving my problems. I really appreciate your negotiating skills and advice on the matters. Appreciate so much for your self and your teams…Best regards.

Yunalis

Yunalis,

RW Law team is professional yet very personable. We felt they handled our case like it is their top priority. Every query is promptly answered. All issues and concerns were also promptly addressed. Special thanks to Ameerah for her patience and understanding throughout. We are both very satisfied clients!

Ismail & Rozita,

Rafidah is a very easygoing and approachable person who goes the extra mile to help her clients. My relationship with her feels more like a friend rather than a client due to her friendly attitude. In difficult times, she offered emotional support and put herself in her clients’ shoe rather than just fulfilling her duty as a lawyer. She and her team (Shahirah & Ameerah) are always there to reply to legal enquiries and advices via emails and whatssaps in times of need. Keep up the good work! 🙂
