Tania heads the Criminal Litigation and Investigations practice group at TSMP Law Corporation, and is a seasoned criminal defence lawyer. She has particular expertise in defending accused persons accused of sexual crimes and white collar crimes such as corruption, money-laundering, cheating, insider trading, market manipulation and tax fraud. 

Tania is also experienced in internal investigations and was part of the Global Investigations team in a global leading financial institution where she worked on large and complex anti-money laundering investigations, anti-bribery and corruption matters, as well as employment-related investigations during this in-house stint. 

Tania has been recognised as a ‘Future Star’ in white collar crime by Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific, and was ranked by Singapore Business Review as Singapore’s 21 most influential lawyers aged 40 and under.
