Mahadi Abu Bakar has established the firm of Mahadi Abu Bakar & Partners since 1986. He was a former Inspector at Traffic Police Division, Orchard “E” Land Division and Criminal Investigation Department (CID) before pursuing a Law Degree at National University of Singapore between 1981 and 1985. He is a very experienced Courtroom lawyer who, besides handling Personal Injury cases, has also handled many High Court Capital Cases such as Murder, Rape and Drug Trafficking and was assigned by the High Court as “Leading Counsel” in Capital Criminal cases in the early years of his legal practice. More importantly, he has done many Motor Accident Personal Injury cases in High Court which were also reported in the Straits Times and Berita Harian newspapers (Please refer to the Media Coverage Section).
For the past 33 years, he has been exclusively doing Motor Accident Personal Injury cases in State Courts and High Court but on a very low-profile basis. Dear Mr Mahadi,
From the bottom of my heart, i would like to thank Mr Mahadi and his team for everything.
I was working as a Food Panda rider. On the above date, on my way home i met into an accident.
Mr Mahadi pay me a visit at Yishun Community Hospital and i agreed to appoint Mr Mahadi to be my lawyer.
Mr Mahadi kept asking me to sent him all hospital bills and all relevant documents even medical reports for my benefits so he can expedite my claims.
Took him several times up and down going to court doing his best he got me up to 90% against the driver who cause my accident.
The 1st offered was measly $25,000 i then rejected.
The 2nd offered was ridiculous $45,000.

Thought I’d drop an review to say thank you for helping me with my accident case that occurred on 7 Jan 2020.
Even though the accident occurred after work hours, Mr Mahadi immediately called multiple times to check on me and advise the next step. That was really helpful considering this is my first major accident and I have absolutely no idea what I should do nor say.
Throughout the 9 months from the day of the accident to the day I received compensation, he have been constantly updating me on the case instead of “ghosting” on me and needing me to chase anyone for updates which is something everyone would appreciate.
