He has also successfully acted for many accused persons charged under the Road Traffic Act. He recently represented an accused at the High Court in a serious sexual crime case.
Probate and Letters of Administration
Wilson has handled many Probate cases including Letters of Administration cases. Cases include straightward Grants that the banks/insurance/HDB require to complex Probate cases where the beneficiares are disputing the Grant or are challenging the Will.
