He is experienced in Civil Litigation be it in the State Courts or Supreme Court. 

Some of his cases include:
Acted for a food establishment in resolving a tenancy dispute in which costs were awarded at the High Court.
Advised the subsidiary of a public listed company in a tenancy dispute involving a foodcourt and a hospital.
Acted for a local company mid-way through the hire-purchase case with the High Court overturning the State Court’s decision and successfully obtained damages.
Acted for a local construction company for another “crane-collapse” case and made submissions to the Court of Appeal.
Acted for a Datuk from our friendly neighbours in a tenancy dispute case and successfully obtained damages at trial.

Wilson has represented many local SMEs in various contractual issues (including debts) and has obtained successful outcomes for his clients.

Wilson has acted as Defence Counsel in numerous criminal cases. He successfully obtained a non-custodial sentence for the accused in a theft and trespass case. He has also successfully acted for many accused persons charged under the Road Traffic Act. He recently represented an accused at the High Court in a serious sexual crime case.

Wilson has handled many Probate cases including Letters of Administration cases. Cases include straightward Grants that the banks/insurance/HDB require to complex Probate cases where the beneficiares are disputing the Grant or are challenging the Will.
