Divorce
Please get in touch with me so that I can understand your issues and advise you on the best steps moving forward for your divorce. Whether civil or syariah divorce, I am a huge advocate for simplified uncontested divorces, as these give my clients the control over the outcome of their divorce, are more affordable and place less stress on all parties involved (especially the children).

Probate and Letters of Administration
If someone close to you or your loved one has passed away, I am able to assist you with obtaining a Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration so their assets can be distributed promptly. We are able to explain the process of applying for these Grants, and there will be no hidden charges. I am able to apply for an Inheritance Certificate for deceased Muslims as well.
Pre-Nuptial Agreement
Prenuptial agreements are entered into by parties before marriage to set out how, if the marriage were eventually to be ended, the assets and/or children ought to be handled. Although not directly enforceable under Singapore law, the Court will take into account prenuptial agreements as evidence of parties’ intentions before they got married. Perhaps of more importance would be that a prenuptial agreement is also evidence to each other of their intentions. I am able to advise you on why and how you may wish to discuss a prenuptial agreement before a marriage.

Ameera was a key member of the team at IRB Law LLP, which was recognised in the inaugural ranking of Singapore’s Best Law Firms in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. In recognition of her contributions, she was appointed Partner at the age of 28, reflecting both her professional capability and leadership within the firm.
She is currently running her own practice under FND Legal, where she continues to focus on family and matrimonial matters.
Ameera was also the recipient of the Legal Aid Bureau’s NOVO Award in 2021, an award conferred on young lawyers who have made significant and meaningful contributions to the Legal Aid Bureau and its applicants, despite having served as assigned solicitors for only two (2) years. In further recognition of her service, she received the Legal Aid Bureau’s 5-Year Service Recognition Award in 2025.

Alhamdulillah, syukur sangat I engaged Ameera for my divorce case. At first memang I takut and pening because I didn’t know the process at all. Going through my divorce was v stressful. I spoke to a few lawyers before deciding who to engage. From the first meeting, Ameera was honest and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly and always kept me updated. Whenever I had questions, she replied quickly and made sure I understood what was happening.
She really fight for my case. Even when the other side was being difficult, she stayed firm and never give up. Thanks to her hard work we got a v good outcome and I couldnt b happier.
I also quite surprised by how reasonable and affordable her fees are. Compared to some of the other firms and lawyers I spoke to, her fees were much more affordable without compromising on the quality of service. and there is no hidden fees unlike others.
