Divorce
Please get in touch with me so that I can understand your issues and advise you on the best steps moving forward for your divorce. Whether civil or syariah divorce, I am a huge advocate for simplified uncontested divorces, as these give my clients the control over the outcome of their divorce, are more affordable and place less stress on all parties involved (especially the children).

Probate and Letters of Administration
If someone close to you or your loved one has passed away, I am able to assist you with obtaining a Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration so their assets can be distributed promptly. We are able to explain the process of applying for these Grants, and there will be no hidden charges. I am able to apply for an Inheritance Certificate for deceased Muslims as well.
Pre-Nuptial Agreement
Prenuptial agreements are entered into by parties before marriage to set out how, if the marriage were eventually to be ended, the assets and/or children ought to be handled. Although not directly enforceable under Singapore law, the Court will take into account prenuptial agreements as evidence of parties’ intentions before they got married. Perhaps of more importance would be that a prenuptial agreement is also evidence to each other of their intentions. I am able to advise you on why and how you may wish to discuss a prenuptial agreement before a marriage.

Ameera was a key member of the team at IRB Law LLP, which was recognised in the inaugural ranking of Singapore’s Best Law Firms in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Ameera was also the recipient of the Legal Aid Bureau’s NOVO Award in 2021, an award conferred on young lawyers who have made significant and meaningful contributions to the Legal Aid Bureau and its applicants, despite having served as assigned solicitors for only two (2) years. In further recognition of her service, she received the Legal Aid Bureau’s 5-Year Service Recognition Award in 2025.

When my father passed on.. in Jan 2021 I was overwhelmed with the many issues that needed my attention. 1 of the many issues was managing his estate. I had many questions but limited answers. This was when I was reffered to see Lawyer Ameera Bajrai from IRB Law.
On the very first meeting she answered all my questions and concerns with regards to my father’s estate.
From then on it was a smooth sailing. She kept me updated from time to time on the progress of the matter. I must also mention that at times she updated me way past the office hours. The whole process was completed within 6 weeks when I was informed by others it could take ke up to 3 months. All along she displayed good mannerism/courteous and with proper salutation.
