Radika, a young yet immensely experienced and motivated lawyer, is the managing director of Fidelis Law Corporation. Radika’s core speciality areas of practice are in building and construction claims, including adjudication under the Security of Payment Act (SOPA) and commercial litigation. These comprise international trade, debt collection, employment disputes, shareholders’ disputes, directors’ disputes, bankruptcy, tenancy disputes, defamation claims and winding up actions.
Over and above this, Radika also possesses extensive know-how in advisory and drafting work, including reviewing and drafting contract documentations, and has advised on regulatory compliances, risk management and dispute avoidance. Building and Construction Claims
Radika's specialty area of practice is building and construction law disputes, including adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act ("SOP Act"). She has represented both claimants and respondents in various adjudication applications under the SOP Act. Additionally, Radika has experience in applications to the High Court as well as appeals to the Court of Appeal to set aside adjudication determinations under the SOP Act.
Radika has vast experience in debt recovery claims, ensuring that clients are able to recover bad debts at an affordable legal cost.
Radika has also advised and acted for clients in commercial disputes with a view to resolving these disputes in a cost-effective manner. She takes the time to understand the issues involved to provide legal advice with the client's practical and commercial interests at heart.
