We engaged Mr Rajan Supramaniam for our son’s case. My son was investigated and was facing a rape charge with a minor under section 376A of the Penal Code. We were very troubled and shattered from the time my son was arrested.
Mr Rajan took detailed instructions and gave us practical advice on the criminal procedure and law in Singapore. He spent many hours and worked hard on our son’s case. He even met us late hours in the night and answered every telephone call until the conclusion of the case. We were very impressed and grateful with his step by step advice and guidance given to my son and us on the case.
Mr Rajan then made representations to the Attorney General’s Chambers and to the Police based on my sons instructions. My son was finally given a conditional warning instead of Prosecution and conviction in court.
To us, our lawyer Mr Rajan did a great job even though it was a tough and serious case.
We wish to record our appreciation and thanks to our lawyer for saving our son from going to Prison. It was a great relief for my son and family. We are now a happy and peaceful family.
Mr Rajan is an extraordinary Lawyer. We recommend him highly to anyone who is facing any legal problems, police investigation and court charges.
I saw Mr Rajan Supramaniam on the Regent Law website when I was looking for a criminal lawyer for my father’s case. My father was charged for a molest case, ” outraging of modesty “.
We decided to engage Mr Rajan after reading some of his noteworthy achievements for his clients and his reasonable fees.
Under a very stressful situation, we contacted Mr Rajan and he went the extra mile to help us. He was quick to respond, advise us & gave us guidance. We were very impressed with the way he handled my father’s case.
An unbelievable outcome! My father did not deny the offence & admitted to the offence but Mr Rajan’s representations & plea for leniency was a turning point in the case. My father was given a stern warning instead of fine or jail without a criminal conviction record for the molest case. We are very grateful to Mr Rajan.
We recommend Mr Rajan highly as a Lawyer. He knows the law & is a former Senior Prison Officer. Based on our observation & opinion, Mr Rajan is highly respected & trusted by the Judges, Public Prosecutors & fellow lawyers. To us Mr Rajan is the best Lawyer, we have met.
God Bless him!
I engaged Lawyer Mr Rajan for my molest case, allegation that I molested a female passenger in a public bus, an offence under the Penal code. Mr Rajan made representations to the Police & Attorney General’s office during the investigations for no further action against me or to issue me a warning. I was given a warning based on Mr Rajan’s representations. If not for my Mr Rajan’s advice & representations, I would have gone to Prison, lost my job, income & my family would have been destroyed. Mr Rajan is an experienced senior criminal lawyer who has gone out of his way to help me. He even met me during the weekends & late evenings to take detailed instructions to make the representations. I came to understand from my friends that in many cases like mine Mr Rajan has succeeded to get either a warning or acquittals in court. I wish Mr Rajan every success & would recommend him to others to engage him as your Lawyer.
I engaged Mr Rajan’s services for a very delicate matter – renunciation of a religious faith. It was 1 July 2022 Friday, 2.00pm and many law firms would be closed by 5pm and weekends too. The person who needed to renounce his religion had only days to live. After several calls, many rejections and ‘we’ll call you back later’, my frantic hunt for legal help brought me to Mr Rajan. After explaining my needs – legal issues and financial limitations – he agreed to render his services at a cost within my limited budget. Our agreement was reached at 3.45pm and within the hour, the necessary legal paperwork was completed. Because the person who required his services was in hospital and could not come to his office, Mr Rajan made a trip to his hospital bed at 6.30pm to complete the needful, WITHOUT extra cost and AFTER his office hours. I could never thank him enough as it dawned on me that Mr Rajan sincerely wanted to help the person who required his services, to fulfill his final wish. On 3 July 2022 Sunday, 10.41am, this person passed away peacefully, knowing that his final wish would be fulfilled. May Mr Rajan be blessed throughout his lifetime. I would recommend Mr Rajan at a heartbeat. My eternal thanks to him.
