I have consulted with lawyer Mr. Rajan Supramaniam on 7 Feb 2024, he gave me a very good advice and he was very knowledgeable about employment issues and MOM law. He gave me guidance and practical advice to solve my employment issue. I’m confident and happy to get a good practical advice from him. I find him to be very experienced in Singapore employment law and he also a mediator with TADM. Ms Abdullah,

I was under police investigations for a molest charge ( outraging of modesty in the HDB lift ). I was highly recommended by many people after seeing a couple of lawyers to engage Lawyer Mr Rajan Supramaniam from Regent Law LLC.
Right from the begining, Mr Rajan with his vast experience gave me guidance, legal advice and confidence to do his best for the best outcome of my case.
Mr Rajan did extensive work, visited the crime scene many times, viewed the CCTV footage with me & made representations to DPP’s office, had negotiations with the IO & DPP and finally managed to settle my case with composition. It was truly a tough case for Mr Rajan with aggravating factors involving a female foreigner in a lift. I was facing a mandatory jail term of 3 years with caning. Mr Rajan worked very hard in my case.
I also came to understand that Mr Rajan was a Senior Prison Officer at Changi Prison & therefore has a good reputation as a good criminal lawyer in Singapore.
My family & I are very grateful to Mr Rajan. Today, I am able to work in Singapore & earn a living is all because of my Lawyer Mr Rajan. Mr Rajan legal fees was reasonable and affordable.
I also have no police or court conviction in this case.I am able to work and sleep peacefully after the closure of my case. Thank you Mr Rajan & God Bless!

Siva,

I was investigated for voyeurism (upskirt). I also lost my job and was under a lot of stress.

I sent out enquiries to a few lawyers but Mr Rajan Supramaniam responded the promptest and even offered a free consultation. After hearing his view on the case I decided to engage his services. His fees were reasonable and affordable, and he went out of his way to meet with me and my parents to give them assurance. He wrote a representation letter to the IO and AGC, and gave me practical guidance during this time.

After 7 long months of stressful waiting, he followed up with the police and I was given conditional warning, a very positive outcome. Thanks to his help I was able to have a speedy conclusion and can now go back to a normal life.

KOH,

I consulted lawyer Mr Rajan Supramaniam for renounciation of my Islamic faith. Mr Rajan was knowledgeable and reliable, and answered all my doubts and questions. The statutory declaration was done quickly and I am happy with his services.
