I recently consulted Lawyer Mr Rajan Supramaniam on my employment issue of unfair dismissal from work. My friends who have engaged him previoualy, recommended Mr Rajan based on his experience in Employment Law. He is also a Certified Mediator at the Singapore Mediation Centre. Over the years, he has acted for clients both as a Lawyer and Mediator in various employment matters.
Mr Rajan reviewed my employment contract and advised me. A very well- informed person on employment law. This is the first time, I met a person who is very calm, polite, kind and listens attentively and runs a thorough check before he gives advice on the presenting issues. Mr Rajan answered all my questions & concerns regarding my unfair dismissal from service. He was highly detailed and accurate in his advice. He gave me very helpful information and advice for me to excercise my options and make an informed decision. I will highly recommend people who have employment issues like unfair dismissal, retrenchment, workplace harassment, discrimination and non-payment of salary.
Thank you, Lawyer Mr Rajan!
I met Mr.Rajan Supramaniam for consultation on my divorce. During consultation, he advise me on the legal procedures, the options available to me and gave me assurance on the merits of my application for a divorce.
I was very satisfied and happy with the consultation. I found him to be very conversant with family law and procedures. I have benefitted from the consultation. He has successfully handled family and matrimonial matters as a lawyer.
I would recommend Mr Rajan for those who want to consult or engage him for Divorce & Matrimonial matters.
I was charged in court with outraging of modesty under section 354 of the Penal Code 1871. During my 1st mention in court 4B of the States Court, I was informed by the Prosecution that I will be sentenced to imprisonment with caning as it was a very serious charge with aggravating factors.
I engaged Mr Rajan Supramaniam who is a Veteran
Criminal Lawyer with over 25 years of experience in legal practice. He is well-versed in advising and defending clients across the spectrum of criminal law. He is also regularly named in the Straits Times and Media on criminal matters. I had full confidence in Mr Rajan because of his good reputation, good track record with high success rate and also often sought after Lawyer by clients.
It was a difficult case as the victim rejected my offer for composition. I had lost all my confidence and hope. But Mr Rajan handled my case well and negotiated with the Prosecution for a fine instead of a jail and caning. He had many rounds of talks and negotiation with the Prosecution with representations made and successfully got me a fine. I am an Engineer, would have lost my job, income & family if I have gone to jail with caning. Throughout my case, I really saw Mr Rajan working very hard on my case for a good outcome. Thank you, Mr Rajan!
I engaged Mr Rajan Supramaniam for my case. I am a 19 years old Singaporean Polytechnic Student. I was charged in Court for opening bank accounts for others under Section 417 of the Penal Code and the Computer Misuse Act. I was foolish to give my bank account and details to unknown persons. They did transactions with my account & innocent people lost substantial money. I was arrested and investigated by the police before being charged in court.
For these offences , young offenders are now given Reformative Training in Prison. This was what I read in the newspapers. I was very depressed and was not able to concentrate on my studies. My mother and siblings were badly affected.
But I was lucky & was given Probation of 15 months. My family and I are thankful and forever grateful to my Lawyer, Mr Rajan. He did everything to get me a Probation. I engaged Mr Rajan based on his past track record of getting conditional warnings and Probation for offences like mine.
When Mr Rajan interviewed me, he picked up all the key details in my case & fought for probation in court. He is an experienced Lawyer with a ‘BIG HEART ‘ for his clients. He is always in high demand, instructed by other lawyers and clients. Mr Rajan regularly also appears in the media and TV on crime news. Mr Rajan is a lawyer with good legal mind and courtroom skills. I am truly appreciative & recommend him to others to engage his professional services.
