My husband and I engaged Ms Bhavini to assist with a complex CPF withdrawal issue for my sister-in-law. Despite a brief explanation, she quickly grasped the situation, handled the case with confidence, and successfully secured a court order. Her professionalism, clarity, and reasonable fees were truly commendable. I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and effective legal assistance.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Bhavini Shah, a lawyer in Singapore, for her outstanding assistance in handling the resealing of our Malaysian Grant of Probate at the Singapore Family Court.
Our case involved a small estate distribution in Malaysia, and despite the cross-border legal complexities, Ms. Bhavini Shah managed the entire process with great efficiency and professionalism. She successfully obtained the resealing in a remarkably short time, which greatly eased our family’s burden during a difficult period.
We are truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend Ms. Bhavini Shah to anyone seeking reliable and competent legal assistance in Singapore, especially for probate and cross-border estate matters.
Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a challenging process much more manageable for our family.
I engaged Bhavini to help with the reseal of a foreign grant of probate for my late uncle, and also to help close a bank account and facilitate the transfer of proceeds overseas. Even before she was officially engaged to work on the matter, she responded quickly to every query I had, and the fees she quoted were very reasonable compared to the other firms I had contacted.
From day one, she was very clear about what the entire process was and what documents were required, which was important as many documents were from overseas and the executor of the estate was similarly based overseas. She made it very simple to understand every step of the process, and was able to answer every query that was sent her way. The reseal of the grant was completed within 2 weeks after all necessary documents were sent to Bhavini, which was much faster than I had expected.
She then helped us to deal with the closure of the bank account, which took a bit longer than expected, but ultimately concluded with the successful transfer of proceeds to the estate overseas.
Given how efficiently she handled this case, I would strongly recommend Bhavini and her firm to anyone out there seeking legal assistance in her areas of expertise.
Bhavini Law, guided and monitored at all times, of course, by the top legal personage of the law practice Ms. Shah Bhavini, has just successfully completed a legal process for me, and throughout the process, and even before their official engagement by me, were most helpful & communicative, giving clear & comprehensive answers to all enquiries I threw her/their way (of which there were very many!).
To this should be added that her practice’s fees were very, very reasonable, and considerably less than other law firms I initially checked out.
If I ever another legal procedure to carry out in Singapore, Bhavini Law, led by Ms. Shah Bhavini, will be my automatic “go to” law practice – I would strongly recommend them to anybody.
