I consulted Mr Rajan Supramaniam, a Lawyer and a Mediator for my case of unfair job dismissal and employment discrimination.
He was very professional and practical in giving good advice and guided me in negotiating and handling my case.
Mr Rajan also advised me on my employment contract , my legal rights, obligations , the terms and conditions in my employment contract with my company. He gave me sound advice to protect my interest. He is very knowlegeable and well versed with Singapore Employment Law.
I would recommend anyone who have employment issues to consult Mr Rajan.
I was charged for a serious criminal offence of voluntarily causing hurt under the Penal Code to an innocent person. The victim suffered fractures & injuries because of my foolish actions.
I engaged Mr Rajan Supramaniam, a Veteran Criminal Lawyer from Regent Law. My family and I are thankful and very grateful for getting me a Mandatory Treatment Order
(MTO ) from the Court.
Mr Rajan argued well in Court based on my medical report. I was able to see Mr Rajan’s 25 years experience as a Lawyer combined with his Police Officer and Prison Officer’s experience and the respect Judges have for him.
From the time I engaged Mr Rajan until my last day in Court, he gave good professional legal advice, guidance and assistance to me and my family.
If not for Mr Rajan, I will be behind bars, serving a jail term. Mr Rajan fought very hard. He is a very committed and dedicated Lawyer with empathy and compassion for his clients.
We wish Mr Rajan a bright and a great future in his legal profession. I am happy and was blessed with a good lawyer for my case.
My wife and I consulted Lawyer Mr Rajan Supramaniam on 6th July 2024 for advice on my employment matter and disputes arising from my job. I was a Senior Management Staff with a big established MNC company for over 25years with a salary of almost $20,000. We decided to consult Mr Rajan based on his expertise and experience as a Senior Lawyer and Mediator on employment matters. I was very affected by the unfair treatment and decision of the company and was in fact facing serious and critical issues in relation to my job. It was an emotionally a challenging time for me and my family. Mr Rajan heard me and I valued his patience, understanding and his practical advice throughout my consultation.
Mr Rajan was able to give his opinion and sound advice to resolve all my job issues. Apart from the advice and guidance, he was able to give me empathetic support. He was knowledgeable with the employment laws in Singapore and has vast experience in mediating contentious and complex employment disputes. After my meeting and consultation with Mr Rajan, I was able to make an informed decision and resolved my issues with the company amicably and move on with my life. In my opinion, Mr Rajan is very knowledgeable with the employment laws in Singapore. I would recommend anyone who is facing employment disputes, retrenchments, unfair contract , unfair termination and job discrimination to engage Mr Rajan.
I wish to thank and record my deep appreciation to Mr Rajan Supramaniam who defended me in my criminal case. When I engaged Mr Rajan, I was already charged in court under section 323 for assaulting an elderly resident under my care in a home. I was in person during the first PTC, the Judge told me that I will go to jail because of aggravating factors.
But after I engaged Mr Rajan, he made representations DPP’s Office & the Police for composition & withdrawal of the charge.
After many rounds of meetings & discussions with AGC, my case was compounded & I was given a DATA, an acquittal.
I came across Mr Rajan Supramaniam when searching for a lawyer online. I chose to engage him because of his 25 years of experience as a criminal lawyer & he was also a high ranking Senior Prison Officer in the Singpore Prison Sevice. His fees was affordable. He is a person of honesty and intergrity.
My case was a tough case & I was facing a jail term which was told to me by the PTC Judge. After engaging Mr Rajan, my case was reviewed by the AGC.
Mr Rajan was truly a blessing! I would highly recommend him for his professionl legal services.
